Temporary suspension of investments in a few overseas schemes of Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has announced a temporary restriction on subscriptions in its following schemes, effective May 30, 2026.

1. Kotak Global Emerging Market Overseas Equity Omni FOF

2. Kotak Global Innovation Overseas Equity Omni FOF

3. Kotak International REIT Overseas Equity Omni FOF

4. Kotak Quality Overseas Equity Omni FOF

The restriction applies to all fresh and additional investments in the scheme. Any subscription including lump sum, switch-ins and new SIP / STP registrations exceeding Rs 1 lakh per transaction / instalment per investor per month will not be accepted.

The suspension does not affect existing SIP/STP registered prior to the effective date which will continue as usual.
