Fundamental attributes changes in ICICI Prudential Thematic Advantage Fund (FOF)

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced change in the fundamental attributes of ICICI Prudential Thematic Advantage Fund (FOF).

• The scheme name of ‘ICICI Prudential Thematic Advantage Fund (FOF)’ change to ‘ICICI Prudential Aggressive Hybrid Active FOF’
• The investment objective is to focus on generating long term capital appreciation by predominantly investing in active Equity oriented schemes. The Scheme shall also invest certain portion in active Debt Oriented Schemes.
• As per the updated asset allocation, the fund will now invest 65 - 80 per cent in active Equity oriented schemes, 20 - 35 per cent in active Debt oriented schemes and 0 – 5 per cent in Money Market instruments.
• The benchmark of the scheme has changed from 'Nifty 200 TRI ' to 'CRISIL Hybrid 35+65 Aggressive Index’.

These changes are effective from April 01, 2026.

The investors are given an chance to exit the scheme without paying any exit load anytime between March 19, 2026, till March 31, 2026. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during the period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
