HSBC Global Equity Climate Change Fund of Fund to merge with HSBC Global Emerging Markets Fund

HSBC Mutual Fund has announced the merger of HSBC Global Equity Climate Change Fund of Fund into HSBC Global Emerging Markets Fund, effective March 25, 2026. As a result of this merger, HSBC Global Equity Climate Change Fund of Fund will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of HSBC Global Emerging Markets Fund.

Exit Window: Unitholders of HSBC Global Equity Climate Change Fund of Fund who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between February 23, 2026, and March 24, 2026.
