HDFC Mutual Fund has announced change in the fundamental attributes of HDFC Non-Cyclical Consumer Fund.

  • The scheme name of 'HDFC Non-Cyclical Consumer Fund' change to 'HDFC Consumption Fund'.
  • The investment objective is to focus on generating income by investing in units of equity and equity related instruments of companies with a focus on consumption theme.

These changes are effective from March 11, 2026.

As per the regulatory requirements, unitholders have been given a 30-day exit window from February 09, 2026 to March 10, 2026. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during the period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
