ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund suspends fresh subscriptions in two FoF schemes

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced a suspension on fresh subscriptions in its ICICI Prudential Passive Multi-Asset Fund of Fund and ICICI Prudential Global Advantage Fund of Fund, as per SEBI regulation.

The suspension applies to all fresh lump sum subscriptions, switch-ins, and new registrations for SIPs and STPs in the Passive Multi-Asset Fund of Fund, effective from January 27, 2026. All purchase or switch-in transactions submitted on or before 3.00 pm on January 23, 2026 will be processed at the applicable NAV.

Fresh subscriptions in the Global Advantage Fund of Fund were discontinued from August 13, 2024. Existing SIPs, STPs and IDCW reinvestment option in both the schemes will be discontinued from February 5, 2026. The IDCW reinvestment option will be changed to IDCW payout.

The suspension does not affect redemptions, switch-outs, STP-out and SWP registrations in both the schemes, which will continue as usual.

These schemes will be merged with other schemes or wound up within the next three years, the fund house said.
