HDFC Mutual Fund has announced change in the fundamental attributes of HDFC Multi-Asset Fund.

  • The scheme name changes to 'HDFC Multi-Asset Allocation Fund'.
  • The fund has added provision for investment in Silver commodity, in addition to Gold.
  • The benchmark of the scheme has changed from '65 % NIFTY 50 TRI + 10% Domestic Price of Gold + 25% NIFTY Composite Debt Index' to '65 % NIFTY 50 TRI + 10% Domestic Price of Gold + 22.5% NIFTY Composite Debt Index + 2.5%  Domestic Price of Silver'.

These changes are effective from December 10, 2025.

As per the regulatory requirements, unitholders have been given an exit window from November 10, 2025 to December 10, 2025. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during the period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
