Franklin India Mutual Fund announces merger and scheme name change

Franklin India Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Franklin India Feeder - Templeton European Opportunities Fund into Franklin India Feeder- Franklin U.S. Opportunities Fund, effective June 30, 2025.
As a result of this merger, Franklin India Feeder - Templeton European Opportunities Fund will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of Franklin India Feeder- Franklin U.S. Opportunities Fund.

Exit Window: Unitholders of Franklin India Feeder - Templeton European Opportunities Fund who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between May 29, 2025, and June 27, 2025.

Furthermore, the name of the surviving scheme will change from 'Franklin India Feeder- Franklin U.S. Opportunities Fund' to 'Franklin U.S. Opportunities Equity Active Fund of Funds', effective from May 30, 2025.
