The Meeting of the Resolution Professional held today i.e. on Monday the 30th November 2020 have
Considered and approved following
(a) The 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday the 30th December 2020 at 4.00 pm through two-way Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
(b) The Companys Register of Members & Share Transfer books (Annual) pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 will be remain closed from Thursday 24th December 2020 to Wednesday 30th December 2020 (both days inclusive).
(c) The e-voting period will commences on Sunday the 27th December 2020 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends on Tuesday the 29th December 2020 (5.00 p.m. IST). During this period Members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form as on Friday the 18th December 2020; may cast their vote electronically
