Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced change in the fundamental attributes in its Bandhan Balanced Advantage Fund, effective from March 19, 2025.

  • The equity and equity-related instruments allocation will shift from the existing range of 65%-100% to a new range of 20%-90%. Similarly, the allocation for debt securities and money market instruments will be revised from 0%-35% to 10%-80%.
  • The scheme will now allow up to 50% exposure to equity derivatives for non-hedging purposes and up to 10% exposure to Credit Default Swaps (CDS) within the AUM.

As per the regulatory requirements, unitholders have been given a 30-day exit window from February 17, 2025, to March 18, 2025. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during the period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
