Change in the fund managers and exit load structure of Motilal Oswal Innovation Opportunities Fund

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has announced changes in the fund management responsibilities and exit load structure of Motilal Oswal Innovation Opportunities Fund.

• The scheme was previously managed by Niket Shah (Equity), Atul Mehra (Equity) and Rakesh Shetty (Debt) will now be manage by Varun Sharma (Equity), Niket Shah (Equity), Atul Mehra (Equity) and Rakesh Shetty (Debt).

• The exit load of the scheme was previously '1% for redemption within 90 days and no exit load in the case of switching between all the active scheme of MOMF' will now revised to '1% for redemption within 90 days and exit load applies to switches between MOMF schemes'.

The changes are effective from February 13, 2025.
