Sundaram Mutual Fund has announced change in the fundamental attributes in its Sundaram Dividend Yield Fund, effective from January 29, 2025.
The change include modification in asset allocation, allowing investments in REITs and InvITs, up to a limit of 10%. The existing investment structure will remain same, with 65-100% in equity and equity-related instruments of high dividend yielding companies and 0-35% in debt and money market instruments.
As per the regulatory requirements, unitholders have been given a 30-day exit window from December 30, 2024 to January 28, 2025. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during the period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
