In continuation of our efforts for Corporate simplification/restructuring we wish to inform that IDFC Foundation has entered in to Share Purchase Agreement for sale of entire equity stake of 50% in Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Limited (DIMITs) held by IDFC Foundation to Bharat Telematics Ltd. IDFC Foundation is a wholly owned subsidiary of IDFC Limited and is a Non for profit organisation registered under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013.The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 will be shared at the time of completion of the aforesaid transaction.The above information is also available on the website of the Company: www.idfclimited.com.
