SBI Mutual Fund has approved the merger of SBI One India Fund with SBI Magnum Equity Fund, with effect from August 10, 2012.
The existing unit holders, who do not approve of the above merger, have an option to exit the scheme anytime between July 10, 2012 to August 10, 2012 without paying any exit load.
However, the unit holders who choose to remain invested in SBI One India Fund will be allotted units of SBI Equity Fund at applicable NAV as on August 10, 2012.
