Baroda BNP Paribas announces merger of its Floater Fund into Money Market Fund

Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has announced that Baroda BNP Paribas Floater Fund will merge into Baroda BNP Paribas Money Market Fund, with effect from September 11, 2024.

As per the fund house, there will be no change in the investment objective, asset allocation, and annual scheme recurring expenses, of the Surviving scheme upon the merger.

In line with the regulatory requirements, unit holders have been given a 30-day exit window (from August 12, 2024, to September 10, 2024), wherein they have an option to redeem their existing investments without paying any exit load.
