1. To consider and adopt the Un-audited/ Reviewed Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months ended on December 31, 2014.
2. To consider the Delisting of Equity Shares from the Stock Exchange under Clause 6 & 7 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
