Volant Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Company Secretary of the Company, Ms. Archana Dubey tendered her resignation vide letter dated April 04, 2014.
The Company relived her from her responsibilities by effective close of business hours on April 11, 2014.
Further consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Ms. Archana Dubey also ceased to be the compaliance officer of the Company.
