Shah Foods: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Meeting Updates

This is in furtherance to our communication dated 15th July 2026 and 18th July 2026 wherein we had intimated about the Postal Ballot notice dated 15th July 2026 for seeking approval of Members of the Company by way of Ordinary Resolutions and Special Resolutions. The Resolutions placed through the Postal Ballot were passed with requisite majority. In this connection please find enclosed the following: a. the voting results pursuant to regulation 44(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30 2026.
