To consider approve and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 30th September 2022 alongwith the Auditors report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon; 2. To Appoint Mr. Ankit Gupta as an additional independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 01.06.2023.
