With reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 read with revised Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated 19th October 2023 pertaining to fund raise by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates we wish to inform you that Logiciel Solutions Limited (the Company) does not fall under the Category of Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria specified in the said circular for the year ended 31st March 2026. Accordingly the disclosure requirements as prescribed under the aforesaid circulars is not applicable on the Company.
