Introduction of Dividend sub-option under ICICI Prudential Dynamic Plan

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced the introduction of dividend sub-option under institutional option of the surviving scheme (ICICI Prudential Dynamic Plan) with effect from May 13, 2011. The unit holders under the dividend sub-option of the institutional option of the merging schemes (ICICI Prudential Fusion Fund, ICICI Prudential Equity Opportunities Fund and ICICI Prudential Fusion Fund – Series III) will be transferred to the dividend sub-options of the institutional option of the surviving scheme (ICICI Prudential Dynamic Plan).

The investors registered for systematic investment plan under the merging schemes will be continued in the surviving scheme.

The date of investment in the merging schemes will be considered while charging the exit load at the time of exit from surviving scheme.
