Change in Fundamental Attributes of DWS Treasury Fund- Cash Plan


Deutsche Mutual Fund has announced changes in the fundamental attributes of DWS Treasury Fund– Cash Plan. Accordingly, the new fundamental attributes and key features of the scheme shall be as follows:

Type: An open ended liquid plan.

Investment Objective: The primary objective is to provide liquidity and generate stable returns to the investors by investing in a high quality portfolio comprising a mix of short term debt and money market instruments.

Benchmark: CRISIL Liquid Fund Index.

Option: Regular and Institutional.

Sub – options: Regular Option: Dividend (Daily Reinvestment, Weekly Reinvestment and Monthly Payout & Reinvestment), Growth and Bonus.

Institutional Option: Dividend (Daily Reinvestment, Weekly Reinvestment and Monthly Payout & Reinvestment) and Growth.

Investment Pattern: The scheme would allocate up to 100% of assets in debt securities and money market instruments with maturity up to 91 days with low to medium risk profile.

Investors who want to exit from the scheme can redeem their units from May 9, 2011 to June 8, 2011, without paying any exit load.
