Mettu has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from the Close of business hours of 10th January 2025. This information pursuant to the requirements of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 are given as an Annexure.Further kindly note that till the joining of a new Company Secretary Mr. Birendra Kumar Agrawal Resolution Professional of the Company will act as the designated Compliance Officer for this interim period.
