Birla Sun Life Interval Income Quarterly Plan Series I: Dividend Declaration

25, 2010 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividend under Birla Sun Life Interval Income Quarterly Plan Series I (Retail and Institutional Plan).

The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
