Reliance FHF X S4 /Q Interval S1: Dividend Declaration

October 1, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under the following schemes:

1. Reliance Fixed Horizon Fund – X – Series 4 (Retail, Institutional and Super Institutional Plan)
2. Reliance Interval Fund- Q Interval Fund- Series -1 (Retail and Institutional Plan) The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
