Deutsche MF has notified the following:
1. February 04, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under DWS FTF Series 61 - Regular and Institutional plans to the extent of 100% of the distributable surplus as available on the record date.
2. No exit load will be chargeable under DWS FTF Series 44 if the investors redeem their units after January 31, 2009. Currently, an exit load of 2% is chargeable for early redemptions.
