To consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2026.2. To consider and approve the proposal for acquisition by the Company of a minority equity stake between 15% to 20% (or such percentage within the said range as may be finalized ) in a foreign private limited company with whom the Company is selling its products since long; on such terms and conditions as may be negotiated and deemed fit by the Management including but not limited to the price per share/valuation mode of payment execution of necessary agreements (including Share Purchase Agreement and/ or other agreements as may be required).
