Kyra Landscapes Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Keyur Shah, and Mr. Paresh Shah from the post of Whole Time Director, Director & CFO of the Company and Independent Director respectively w.e.f. August 28, 2015 which is taken on record by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 28, 2015. Further, the Board has appointed Mr. Ravi Jabbar Sharma as the Additional Director in the capacity of whole time director cum CEO and appointed Mr. Santosh Kumar as Additional Director cum Independent Director subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
