NOTICE pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Aurangabad Paper Mills Limited (the Company) shall be held on Monday, the 14th day of August, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
Further Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window shall remain closed from Monday, the 7th day of August, 2017 till Tuesday, the 15th day of August, 2017.
