Mahavir Advanced Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. V. Koteswara Rao has resigned from the Board w.e.f. February 08, 2012 and Mr. S. R. Krishna, Mr. B. Suresh Babu and Mr. Parthasarathi Ray have been resigned from the Board w.e.f. September 04, 2012.
Further Mr. M. Murugadas Rao, Ms. Anitha Mahesh & Mr. Dhanroop Betala have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors w.e.f. March 02, 2012 and Mr. Shantilal Purohit has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. May 22, 2013 in place of Mr. Dhanroop Betala who has resigned from the Board on w.e.f. May 22, 2013.
