UTI Mutual Fund has announced a dividend of 17% (i.e. Rs.1.70 per unit on the face value of Rs. 10) under the dividend option of UTI Opportunities Fund. The record date for the same has been fixed as June 29, 2007.
This is the second dividend being declared by the fund since its inception. Earlier in July 2006, the fund paid 15% dividend.
