This is with reference to the email dated 22nd July 2026 received from the stock exchange with respect to the intimation submitted by the company on 21st July 2026 regarding the change in management. The stock exchange observed a discrepancy in the aforesaid intimation noting that the commencement and conclusion date of the board meeting were inadvertently omitted from the disclosure.Accordingly and pursuant to the guidance received from the stock exchange the company is hereby submitting a fresh corporate announcement incorporating the requisite details including the commencement and conclusion timing of the board meeting.
