Duncans Industries Ltd has informed BSE that due to temporary disruption of operations at some of the tea estates of the Company, there has been some delay in obtaining the operating and financial data from them. Therefore, permission is being sought from the ROC for the extension of time by three months for holding the Companys 21st Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended September 30, 2015 by March 31, 2016.
