Tuesday September 13 2022 considered and approved the conversion of 1 75 079 (One lakh Seventy Five Thousand Seventy Nine) Partly Paid-Up Rights Equity Shares of Face Value Rs. 2.5/- Per Share to Rs 5/- per Share Partly Paid-Up pursuant to receipt of First Call Money.The meeting commenced at 05.30 PM and concluded at 06.30 PM.
