Divine Multimedia (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2016, to consider and approve inter-alia, the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.

Further, as per the Companys code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from August 03, 2016 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
