Sterling Webnet: Outcome Of Board Meeting Held On June 19 2021

This is further to our letter dated June 18 2021 intimating the outcome of the Board meeting held on June 18 2021 regarding appointment of directors namely Mr. Kanwar Pal (appointed as Executive Director) Mr. Ishwar Singh Sheokend (appointed as Independent Director) Ms. Anamika (appointed as Woman Director) and Mr. Sachin Kumar (appointed as Executive Director).

In this regard we would like to inform you that Mr. Kanwar Pal Mr. Ishwar Singh Sheokend Ms. Anamika and Mr. Sachin Kumar have withdrawn their consent and refused to accept the appointment as approved by the Board at their meeting held on June 18 2021.

Accordingly the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today June 19 2021 have revoked the resolutions passed for the appointment of Mr. Kanwar Pal Mr. Ishwar Singh Sheokend Ms. Anamika and Mr. Sachin Kumar and thus their appoints stand revoked and have no effect.
