Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform that in view of Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan joining another Tata Company the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has agreed to relive him from the services of the Company as the Chief Financial Officer effective November 4 2026. Further based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have appointed Mr. Sridhar Radhakrishnan as the Chief Financial Officer effective November 4 2026.
