Innoventive Venture Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider, discuss and approve the following-:

1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.

2. To consider and approve Limited Review Report.

Further, the Company closed the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for all Directors, Officers and Designated employees of the Company. The notice of Board Meeting has been sent for publication in the newspaper.
