1. Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited, a material Subsidiary of the Company has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Regulations has submitted that the Court Convened Meeting of Equity Shareholders of Equity Shareholders of KPCL, was conducted on 7 March 2017 at 2.00 p.m. at Pudumjee Hall, Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture, Tilak Road, Pune 411002, as per the Order dated 18 January 2017, of Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT), for obtaining approval to the proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation, 2. KPCL has informed that the voting results will be submitted separately as prescribed under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure) Regulations, 2015, alongwith the Scrutinizers report thereon. 3. Further, please note that the proceedings of the Court Convened Meeting of KPCL will be forwarded after the declaration of voting results.
