The Board in its meeting to be held on 8th November 2023 shall consider the Interim Dividend for the year 2023-24 if declared to the Equity shareholders whose name appear on the Register of Members of the Company as beneficial owners of the shares as on 17th November 2023 which would be Record Date fixed for the purpose.
