Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd has informed BSE that in view of implementation of Ind-AS, its impact on the Financials and SEBIs circular date July 05, 2016, the Board of Directors after due deliberation decided to reconsider the financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2016 and accordingly advised it to be placed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors, the date and of the next Board meeting will be intimated separately in due course.
