This is to inform you that on 26th May 2026 the Company became aware that certain Unpublished price sensitive information ("UPSI") relating to the Company was shared/disclosed by the Joint Managing Director of the Company to certain third parties and his personal lawyer Ms. Prerna Mahajan who are not a part of the Board of Directors of the Company. The said information pertains to the draft annual financial results and financial statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026.The Company has ensured by sending a notice to the advocate that the UPSI information shared with them by the Joint Managing Director shall not be disclosed or disseminated to any other person except as may be permitted under the SEBI Regulations & Companys Policy.You are requested to kindly take the same on your record.
