Notice pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations. 2015 is here by given that the trading window (for trading in Companys securities) shall remain closed from February 6 2019 to February 15 2019 (both days inclusive)in connection with the meeting of Resolution Proifessional appointed in the matter of the CIRP of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 13th day of February 2019 at 2.00 p.m. to consider approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the third quarter and nine months ended as on 31 st December 2018
The trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Companys un-audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
