WANBURY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Further to our letter dated 22nd May 2023 and 25th May 2023 on the captioned subject Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Wanbury Limited which was deferred and scheduled to be held on Friday 9th June 2023 is now postponed and further re-scheduled to be held on Friday 30th June 2023 due to some unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statement & Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023.
