With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 03, 2013, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Koutons Retail India Ltd has now Clarified to BSE that as mentioned in the Companys letter dated April 03, 2013, regarding constituting a Management Committee, due to oversight, the name of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Sawhney, Director was inadvertently missed out while informing the Stock Exchanges about the same.
Hence, the Company has now informed that the Management Committee that has been formed by the Board in its meeting held on April 03, 2013, consist of Mr. Davinder Pal Singh Kohli, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Sawhney, Mr. Gurmeet Singh Sawhney, Directors of the Company and Mr. Aditya Rungta, Company Secretary of the Company.
