The Company had conducted Postal Ballot process for Re-appointment of Mr. Tanuj M. Patel, Executive Director with effect from 1st April, 2018 for three years and remuneration payable to him.
We enclose Scrutinizers Report dated 18th April, 2018 pursuant to Rule 20(4)(xvi) of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Voting Results pursuant to Regulation 44 of (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
