About Ashapura Logistics Company

Ashapura Logistics Limited was originally incorporated as ‘Ashapura Forwarders Private Limited’ on April 02, 2002. The company is an integrated logistics company in India, primarily operating in four segments: Cargo Handling and Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Warehousing and Distribution and other services such as coastal movement and other logistics solutions. As of March 31, 2024, Ashapura Logistics maintained a fleet of 250 commercial trucks, including 181 trucks from its subsidiary, Jai Ambe Transmovers Private Limited. The company also owns 60 containers of 40 TEUs. The warehouse distribution network of th company includes 7 warehouses across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
