About DSP MSCI India ETF
DSP MSCI India ETF is a equity mutual fund scheme of DSP Mutual Fund. Launched on November 25, 2025, it is currently managed by Anil Ghelani, Diipesh Shah and Neha Rathi. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.48% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹3 Cr.
DSP MSCI India ETF is mandated to invest at least 35 per cent of its assets each in large-cap and mid-cap stocks. Being passively managed, it replicates the portfolio of its chosen benchmark index. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹-- and minimum SIP of ₹--.
Investment Strategy
The scheme seeks to generate returns that are commensurate with the performance of the MSCI India Index, subject to tracking error.

Capital Gains Taxation
- If the mutual fund units are sold after 1 year from the date of investment, gains upto Rs 1.25 lakh in a financial year are exempt from tax. Gains over Rs 1.25 lakh are taxed at the rate of 12.5%.
- If the mutual fund units are sold within 1 year from the date of investment, entire amount of gain is taxed at the rate of 20%.
- No tax is to be paid as long as you continue to hold the units.
