About Kotak Nifty Alpha 50 ETF
Kotak Nifty Alpha 50 ETF is a equity mutual fund scheme of Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund. Launched on December 22, 2021, it is currently managed by Abhishek Bisen, Satish Dondapati and Jeetu Valechha Sonar. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.30% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹684 Cr.
Kotak Nifty Alpha 50 ETF is mandated to invest at least 65 per cent of its assets in equity stocks at all times. Being passively managed, it replicates the portfolio of its chosen benchmark index. Flexi cap funds have complete freedom to invest in companies of different sizes, depending on where the fund management team expects maximum gains. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹-- and minimum SIP of ₹--.
Investment Strategy
The scheme seeks to replicate the composition of the NIFTY Alpha 50 Index and to generate returns that are commensurate with the performance of the NIFTY Alpha 50 Index, subject to tracking errors.
