Baroda BNP Paribas Short Duration Fund - Direct Plan is a debt mutual fund scheme of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund. Launched on January 01, 2013, it is currently managed by Gurvinder Singh Wasan and Vikram Pamnani. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.43% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹260 Cr.
Baroda BNP Paribas Short Duration Fund - Direct Plan is mandated to invest in bonds such that the duration of the portfolio is between one and three years. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹1,000 and minimum SIP of ₹500.

- If investment is made on or after 1 April 2023: Entire amount of gain is added to the investors' income and taxed according to the applicable slab rate.
- If investment is made before 1 April 2023:
- Sold within 2 years from the date of investment: Gains are added to the investors' income and taxed according to the applicable slab rate.
- Sold after 2 years from the date of investment: Gains are taxed at the rate of 12.5%.
- No tax is to be paid as long as you continue to hold the units.
