This is further to our intimation dated 31st March 2021 regarding the closure of trading window commencing from 01st April 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2021. The said closure period of trading window is still continuing as the Board of Directors will consider the said financial results in its Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 30th June 2021.
We would further like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed with effect from 01st July 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2021.
The date of Board Meeting for considering the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended 30th June 2021 shall be intimated in due course.
